At OKC CPR Safety, our mission is to provide high-quality Safety training to individuals and businesses in our community. We believe that everyone should have the skills and knowledge necessary to save a life in an emergency situation and prevent injuries.
Each of our instructors are certified, boasting years of experience as EMT-Basics or paramedics. Their extensive knowledge and hands-on experience enrich our classes, guaranteeing that our students are provided with top-notch training.
Our training programs encompass a diverse range of courses certified by the American Heart Association (AHA), Health Safety Institute (HSI), and Red Cross (ARC). We provide training in Basic Life Support (BLS), Heartsaver First Aid, CPR with AED, bloodborne pathogens, among others. Additionally, we offer Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) courses. Our courses are tailored to accommodate the requirements of both individuals and businesses, regardless of size.
Our CPR certification courses are offered both online and in-person. They equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle first-aid, cardiac, and respiratory emergencies. The classes are designed to be flexible and cost-effective. Additionally, we offer onsite training throughout the Oklahoma City metropolitan area.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is tailored for healthcare professionals such as nurses, doctors, and EMTs. It covers Adult, Child, and Infant CPR as well as AED usage. The private/onsite course fee for new certification students is $78, with discounts available for renewing certifications and larger class sizes.
Heartsaver is tailored for daycares, schools, businesses, or to meet OSHA requirements. Course options include Adult/Child/Infant CPR, first-aid, and AED usage. The private/onsite course fee for new certification students is $85, with discounts available for renewing certifications and larger class sizes.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is designed for healthcare professionals who lead or are involved in the management of patients before, during, or after cardiac arrest. The course covers how to read and interpret ECGs, understand ACLS pharmacology, and manage other cardiovascular emergencies. Inquire for scheduling and pricing detail.
The Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Provider Course aims to improve pediatric patient outcomes. It provides healthcare providers with essential skills to quickly recognize and address respiratory emergencies, shock, and cardiopulmonary arrest in children. HSI courses are akin to those offered by the AHA, but they include an extra module on oxygen training. Your company or organization might accept this course. The cost varies depending on the requested course type.
ARC courses are akin to AHA, but they also offer additional courses like babysitting. Your company or organization might permit these courses. The pricing depends on the type of course requested.
This non-certification course is aimed at teaching chest compression techniques and fundamental CPR knowledge. It is ideal for homeowners' associations, churches, families, high school requirement or any large groups that does not require certifications. An Emergency Action Plan (EAP) is a written document mandated by specific OSHA standards. [29 CFR 1910.38(a)] Its purpose is to streamline and coordinate the actions of employers and employees during workplace emergencies. An EAP program is recommended wherever people congregate. We offer guidance and assistance in developing your EAP program, catering especially to small businesses, churches, daycares, group homes, restaurants and similar establishments.
